Bread with Meatballs – Hoang Dieu Street Corner and Tran Nhat Duat
This dish is probably one of the most typical specialties in Da Lat. Bread is always warmed up over a small coal brazier to keep its crunchy taste. A bowl of meatball soup includes some pieces of pork pie, meatballs, pig skin, cracklings and crunchy bread.
It’s the best to enjoy it with a cup of tofu milk.

Snails stuffed with minced pork – 33 Hai Ba Trung Street
This famous dish is offered as a specialty at a long-run restaurant on Hai Ba Trung Street. Opposite from the humid and freezing weather outside, you will feel a warm, cozy vibe right when you get in the restaurant.
The spot of snails stuffed with minced pork is placed on the coal stove to keep warm. You will use two grafts of lemongrass to take the stuffed snail out, dip it into the ginger fish sauce and eat it together with herbs and starfruit.
